Biden Forecasts His 2024 Election Plans – And They Make Sense With Democrats’ Weak Lineup

Biden is crumbling. That much, very few will deny. It’s hard to believe he will make it to 2024.

If his health doesn’t fail him, his dropping approval will. Yet, to the shock of probably many, his travel plans seem to suggest he still plans to run for re-election.

Biden’s visit to New Hampshire will be his second since taking over in the White House. Last November, the president made the Granite State his first stop to sell the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure measure that he had signed into law two days earlier. And Tuesday’s visit comes a week after he stopped in Iowa, the state whose caucuses have kicked off the presidential nominating calendar for half a century.

Biden’s been traveling to states that come up early in the nomination cycle. That could mean he is still trying to win back support for a second term. It’s a long shot at this point, but let’s be honest:

Who is going to replace him, if he bows out?

The Democrats do not have a deep bench. From The Daily Wire:

The Washington Post on Sunday published a piece headlined “The top 10 Democratic presidential candidates for 2024, ranked.”

The list was, in a word, underwhelming.

Here are the Post’s top 10:

9. California Governor Gavin Newsom
8. New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker
7. Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown
6. North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper
5. Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar
4. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren
3. Vice President Kamala Harris
2. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg
1. President Joe Biden

Well, this is sad. Joe Biden traveled to Iowa and New Hampshire recently. Moves that some say mean he still plans on running in 2024.

But much can happen between now and then. Republicans can retake Congress and either impeach or force Joe out via the 25^th.

Joe can lose even more support, forcing Democrats to choose someone else. Joe might decide he’s not running, especially since his health is so bad.

Regardless of the reason, there is a good chance Biden bows out for 2024. But who is the party left with? According to the Washington Post, there are 9 other possible candidates.

And they are all stinkers. They mention people like AOC, Gavin Newsom, Cory Booker, and Kamala Harris. Yes, these are the best names the left can come up with.

Notably missing from the list was Bernie Sanders, the one Democrat almost certain to run again.

It’s pretty sad that the “best” Democrats can come up with are people who are universally hated across America and their own states. AOC is a brainless “socialist” who loves to throw out policies ideas that aren’t grounded in reality.
