Federal Court Drops The Gavel On Biden – Judge Rules In Favor Of Religious Beliefs Temporarily Blocks Mandate

Joe Biden has faced backlash from American citizens in recent years. Federal courts have also been active in considering various cases involving the administration’s more questionable decisions.

For example, there’s a mandate in place that lets healthcare providers and employers provide transgender surgeries and other procedures. And this poses a problem to those with strong religious beliefs.

Thankfully, Though, A Judge Has Just Ruled In Favor Of Those Beliefs.

District Judge Daniel M. Traynor has been presiding over a case involving the Christian Employers Alliance (CEA). They requested a preliminary injunction against Biden’s controversial mandate.

They claimed the mandate went against their beliefs, and required them to violate those beliefs if they were forced to allow for transgender surgeries, counseling, etc.

This time, the judge agreed with the plaintiffs — he ruled that in fact, the government cannot overstep its authority, and religious freedom must be respected.

Via The Daily Wire:

A federal court has temporarily blocked President Joe Biden’s mandates requiring both healthcare providers and religious employers to provide transgender surgeries, counseling, and procedures against their religious beliefs.

The court order specifically stated that “No Government Agency Ought To Be In The Business Of Evaluating The Sincerity Of Another’s Religious Beliefs.

The issue also hits millions of parents, regardless of their religious beliefs: current HHS guidance says a parent can file a complaint if a medical provider refuses to gender transition their child, of any age, including infants.

This opens the door to a variety of conflicts. And the judge wasn’t about to overlook the impact on parents of faith.

The Alliance Defending Freedom’s attorneys asked the court to grant the injunction, with the following statement (provided by Legal Counsel Jacob Reed):

All employers and healthcare providers, including those in the Christian Employers Alliance, have the constitutional right to conduct their business and render treatment in a manner consistent with their deeply held religious beliefs.

After the court’s ruling, Reed said the judge “Was On Firm Ground To Halt Enforcement Of These Unlawful Mandates That Disrespect People Of Faith.

Notably, Biden’s mandate reversed a Trump-era rule that said a person’s gender is “determined by biology.”

Of course, a great many Americans still believe this, and aren’t bowing to the “woke” crowd, many of whom claim gender isn’t something determined by nature. Most conservatives say this is “anti-science” at its core.

Either way, the judge in this case has ruled in favor of religious freedom and against a Biden mandate. And that’s considered a significant victory by many U.S. residents.
