Trump Judge Makes Major Ruling On FBI Case

The unprecedented FBI raid of a former president grabbed the attention of the nation and shook the trust of America’s federal institutions to the core.

Former President Trump demanded a special master be selected to review the documents seized from Mar-A-Lago, rather than Biden’s DOJ rifle through them. The request went to a judge appointed by Trump when he was President.

After days of delays, we are finally receiving the ruling from the judge, and it represents a major change in momentum. From Fox News:

A federal judge ordered Monday that an independent special master be appointed to review the records seized by the FBI during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and ordered the Justice Department stop its own review of the material for investigative purposes.

U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon ordered that the special master be appointed to “review the seized property, manage assertions of privilege and make recommendations thereon, and evaluate claims for return of property.”

Folks, this is good news for the Trump camp. Both Donald and his lawyers had expressed significant concerns about the trustworthiness of the FBI and the DOJ after their unprecedented action in raiding his home for documents.

They have only broken down that trust as they claimed to want the affidavit released, then changed their minds. Then they leaked lists and images to try to build their case with the media and public. And we found out that Attorney General Garland knew about the raid all along after sources claimed he knew nothing about it.

Biden’s White House continues to claim they knew nothing about these actions, but many are questioning this with the political nature of the investigation and the timing, only a few months from the midterms.

Judge Cannon is slamming the breaks on this investigation that seemed to be going so fast, it was about to go off the rails. It will get a (hopefully) independent third party to show what the FBI and DOJ are really up to, whether they grabbed items they had no right touching, and if they were looking for unrelated evidence to go after the former POTUS.

It is also encouraging that this means the Justice Department has been ordered to stop its review of material and hand it over to this special master.

Thankfully, this decision (which was vehemently opposed by the Justice Department) will actually give Americans a sense of fairness in these investigation proceedings.
