As Justice Thomas is released from the hospital after suffering an infection, Democrats have been staging a campaign to have him impeached. The reasoning makes no sense and doesn’t matter. What matters is that Democrats cannot show even a shred of humanity, as a respected justice is being treated for an illness.

Numerous Democrats took to Twitter and elsewhere to make wild claims about Thomas and his wife. This is nothing new. When the justice was first nominated to the Supreme Court, Democrats launched all kinds of attacks against him. Even after 30 years, they are still pushing unsubstantiated claims against this man. And for what? To intimidate him and smear his reputation.

Let’s be honest, the chances of Thomas being impeached are as good as Nancy Pelosi winning an Olympic gold medal. Democrats know this. They are only hoping they can mount a campaign against him, so he will be bullied into voting their way. This is how much Democrats respect the third branch of the federal government—which exists to check their lust for power.
