Biden Accused Of Pushing Activists To Break The Law – Republicans Claim Protesting Justice’s Homes Is Against 18 U.S. Code 1507
Democrats have shown their true colors, ever since the Roe ruling was leaked. Leaders from the White House, the House, and the Senate have called on abortion activists to “pressure” the court into changing its decision.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki made this statement Tuesday, on behalf of President Biden:
“I know that there’s an outrage right now, I guess, about protests that have been peaceful to date, and we certainly do continue to encourage that, outside judges’ homes, and that’s the president’s position.”
Of course, the “squad” decided to add their two cents.

It’s clear D.C. Democrats want people to protest the ruling in an effort to change the court’s mind. Unfortunately for them, that looks like a pretty clear violation of federal law.

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
And now, Republicans are firing back.

Top House Republicans accused the White House and Democrats of encouraging illegal activity, asserting that recent pro-abortion-rights protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices are unlawful.
“I’m disappointed that this White House is still encouraging people to break federal law and go and protest in front of the houses of Supreme Court justices, as Jen Psaki encouraged yesterday,” House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) said in a press conference on Wednesday.
Why are we not surprised that Democrats have so little regard for our laws? Federal law forbids “pickets” and other forms of protest outside courts and the homes of judges, with the intent of altering the court’s decision.
Yet that is exactly what Biden, the squad, and other D.C. Democrats have been encouraging for the last week.
It’s obvious that abortion activists are trying to pressure the court’s conservative justices. Supreme Court Justice Alito was moved from his home for his safety.
Clearly, he would not have done that if people weren’t meaning him harm. Pro-choice groups are picketing and marching outside the homes of the other justices after their private information was posted online.
What else are these activists doing, but trying to force the court to change its decision on Roe v. Wade?
Republicans are blasting Democrats for their two-faced actions. Democrats claim they care about the law and Constitution.
Yet they are flagrantly violating the law—all to undermine the third branch of our government.
Sadly, we won’t see any of these protesters prosecuted for this crime—with Biden’s henchmen in charge of the DOJ.
