After Biden Pulls Free Lunch From States That Don’t Comply – GOP Governor Noem Threatens To Take Him To Court

Not long ago, the state of Florida passed a law that forbids the teaching of sexuality and gender in grades 4 or lower.

That didn’t sit well with Joe Biden, who is apparently now a far-left gay activist. His administration, fearing other states will follow Florida, is threatening to deprive children of free lunches.

Unless their schools comply with its gay agenda. So, the Governor of South Dakota is fighting back.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service announced in May it will prevent low-income students from participating in its National School Lunch Program if their public school does not adopt the administration’s interpretation of Title IX…

South Dakota governor Kristi Noem (R.) said her state will take legal action.

As usual, Democrats prove they are obsessed with pushing sexuality onto children.

Biden’s administration is threatening to take away free school lunches from schools that refuse to comply with its radical gay agenda.

Calling it “sex discrimination,” the administration is demanding public schools comply with the latest transgender agenda. Meaning, that they have to not only embrace transgender ideology but teach it and push it onto children.

Any accusations that the schools aren’t complying (such as not allowing a boy to use the girl’s bathroom) could result in a denial of federal funds.

This is nothing new. Democrats often use government social programs to control people. Clinton threatened to deprive aid from Haiti, to interfere with its elections.

Democrats in Congress use welfare and other entitlements programs to manipulate entire demographics.

Why wouldn’t they use a program to help feed kids, to push radical sexual and gender propaganda?

Gov. Noem of South Dakota is promising to sue. She has gone toe-to-toe with this administration in the past.

But this will be her biggest battle yet. Many states, including red ones, will bow to this demand out of fear.
