Dr. Oz Revives His Campaign With An Act Of Heroism

Dr. Mehmet Oz is the Republican candidate for Pennsylvania’s open Senate seat. And the stakes are high for this election.

He is running against a far-left Democrat who wants to legalize heroin and pay for “drug dens.” And the polling says Oz has his work cut out for him.

But he might have just gotten a leg up, after selflessly helping a person in need.

From Newsmax:

Pennsylvania GOP Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz helped revive a 27-year-old male passenger who collapsed on an American Airlines flight from Louisville to Philadelphia Saturday morning…

“When I got to him, he was conscious but disoriented,”

Oz said he had the man remain seated on the ground for 10 minutes while he drank more fluids.

The man recovered and obtained medical care later on, according to Oz.

Someone on Oz’s flight needed medical attention. So, the GOP candidate rushed in to help.

He seemed to quickly understand the situation and provided care.

As it turns out, the man had driven all night to get to the airport. Apparently, he neglected drinking water, because Oz believed he was dehydrated.

Oz quickly helped the man by providing him with something that could help: a sugary drink.

That helped the man, whose blood pressure was low and pulse “thready.”

According to reports, the man started to recover and received additional medical care after the plane landed.

This is one of the scariest things that can happen on an airplane. When someone is experiencing a medical emergency, there might be nobody on board to help.

The pilots might have to land the plane, to find help for the passenger.

Thankfully for this flight, Dr. Oz was able to intervene. His quickly think and actions helped the man–and the rest of the passengers.

Oz also praised the flight attendants, who he said worked well under the pressure.

This isn’t even the first time Oz helped save a life while traveling. Last year, he helped resuscitate a 60-year-old man at the airport who collapsed with no pulse.

It seems this is typical of the man’s character. He doesn’t fail to jump in and help when he is needed.
