Trump Just Put Biden In His Place – Donald Accuses Joe Of Refusing To Tap The “Liquid Gold Under Our Feet”

Gas prices continue to jump all over the nation, and Republicans and Democrats alike are demanding action. Most GOP members are saying we need to ramp up domestic oil production immediately.

And even Democrat leaders like Sens. Joe Manchin (W.V.) and Jon Tester (MT) have echoed the need for drilling on U.S. federal lands. They say it’s essential to help hard-working Americans.

During Trump’s time in the White House, he was adamant about making the country energy independent. He made strides in this direction and greatly lessened America’s reliance on foreign oil.

However, critics said he was ignoring the impact on the environment and was only damaging the earth in the long run.

But while the environmental activists continue to rail against fossil fuels – even with gas jumping to well over $4/gallon – the bottom line is that most citizens are feeling a hefty crunch.

Toss in leaping inflation and times have gotten very difficult for many Americans. And Trump believes it’s all because of one man: Joe Biden.

Former President Trump told Fox News that President Biden is ‘letting the radical climate extremists run our country while the world burns,’ as gas prices in the U.S. surge to record highs amid Russia’s war against Ukraine.

‘Energy prices are skyrocketing — they are going to infinity, all because of Joe Biden.’

It’s likely that gas prices will soar past the previous highs seen between 2007 and 2009, when the country was saddled with another financial crisis.

President Biden announced a ban on all imports of Russian oil, gas, and energy, as the government attempts to damage the “main artery” of Russia’s economy, and hinder Putin’s aggression against Ukraine.

And while many agree with the move, it isn’t helping prices at the pump because America has once again become more dependent on foreign powers.

Trump has said in the past that Putin wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine if he were still President. He also said there’s no reason to keep soaking American citizens when we have “liquid gold” right here:

We have the oil under our feet, liquid gold.

But instead, we are thinking of buying oil from Venezuela, Iran and others who do not exactly love America.

Reports this week revealed that Biden was considering getting petroleum from places like Iran and Saudi Arabia, which seems like a regression to many (shades of Desert Storm creeping back in).

Simply, Trump added:

At the same time, Biden just blames Russian President Vladimir Putin for the situation, dubbing it the “Putin Price Hike.” That excuse isn’t necessarily flying with lawmakers in Washington, though.

Many side with Trump and other critics, who believe we wouldn’t have been in this position if Biden had simply followed his predecessor’s path.

Energy independence would’ve meant gas prices could’ve remained stable, and it wouldn’t have been so easy for Putin: he wouldn’t have the millions we currently send him on a daily basis.

But for the time being, it doesn’t look like the Biden administration wants to do more drilling in the U.S., which is mystifying for millions of frustrated citizens.
