HOUSE COMMITTEES HIT THE GROUND RUNNING, SEND LETTER TO MANHATTAN D.A. REQUESTING TESTIMONY
Chairmen of three House Committees moved forward in investigating if the Manhattan D.A. used federal funds to investigate former President Trump.
Jim Jordan (R-OH) Chair of the Judiciary Committee, James Comer (R-KY) Chairman of the Oversight Committee, and Bryan Steil (R-WI) Chairman of the Administration committee have sent a letter to Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg.
Jordan shared the four-page letter sent to Bragg on Twitter:
“Was the Manhattan DA’s office in communication with DOJ about their investigation of President Trump? Was the Manhattan DA’s office using federal funds to investigate President Trump? Alvin Bragg owes our committee answers.”
“BREAKING: Jim Jordan, James Comer, and Bryan Steil of the House Judiciary Committee are demanding communications, documentations, and testimony from Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg related to his reported upcoming indictment of President Trump.”
We will see what comes of what many view as a political partisan circus that makes the United States look like a third-world country.
